Who owns the videos?

The creator does. The video lives on their channel, posted to their audience — that's what makes it worth watching. You're buying the reach and the content being made, not a media file. You can share and repost it from your own accounts.

Do we choose when creators come in?

Yes. You set the days you're happy to have someone film — Saturdays only, weekdays only, whatever suits service — and a cap on how many creators a month. Five is the minimum we guarantee. Set the cap higher, or leave it off, and we'll keep sending them; the only extra cost is the meals.

Do we have to feed the creator?

Yes. The meal is comped by you — that's the one cost on top of the monthly fee. They can't film the food without eating it. We tell you who's coming and when, so it's never a surprise on a busy service.

Who checks the videos?

We do, before anything goes out. Every video is checked against the brief and our standard, and anything below it gets sent back or replaced. You don't sit approving a queue, and you never have the awkward conversation — we do.

Can we pick the creators?

No — the matching is the service. Browsing profiles and comparing follower counts is the job we're taking off you. Tell us what didn't work about someone and we won't send them again.

Is it disclosed as an ad?

Always. Every video carries a paid-partnership disclosure, because ASA rules require it and the fines land on you, not the creator. We check it's there before the video counts as delivered.

How long are we tied in?

30 days. It’s a rolling month with no setup fee and no minimum term. Cancel and you keep everything already posted.
