These terms will cover what Content Gap agrees to do, what creators and venues agree to do, and what happens when either side stops.

For creators that means how bookings are offered and accepted, that the meal is comped by the venue, how the monthly bonus is decided, that the video stays on your own channel, and the conduct rules that can freeze an account.

For venues it means the monthly retainer, what is delivered against it, and how either side ends the arrangement.
